You will turn strategy into action, build momentum, create clarity, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on what matters most. The role asks for strong ownership, the ability to translate business needs into clear project direction, and collaboration with IT leaders, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience leading technology projects.
• Experience coordinating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Retail, grocery, or hospitality operations knowledge is a plus.
• PM certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives that connect business priorities, IT roadmaps, and goals, ensuring teams understand what to deliver and why it matters.
• Develop and manage project plans for initiatives of varying size, complexity, and delivery approach.
• Build end-to-end project fluency by understanding business need, technical approach, systems, and vendors to ask the right questions.
