Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Chicago to lead large, multi-workstream technology programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, and delivery. You will align customer outcomes with solution strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and drive disciplined execution from opportunity shaping through delivery and value realization.

The role demands collaboration with Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery, and Practices, plus executive communication to provide status, risks, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex technology projects, programs, or multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple related projects, technical workstreams, and stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Pre-Sales and Sales to shape program scope and estimates.
• Strong understanding of program financial management, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategy, opportunity shaping, and commercial planning with cross-functional teams.
• Establish program governance, integrated master plan, and KPIs for visibility.
• Coordinate multi-workstream delivery across infrastructure, cloud, and security domains.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risk; drive corrective actions and value realization.
• Provide executive reporting and communicate decisions, risks, and business impact.
• Transition programs to run or managed services with structured knowledge transfer.
