Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Global Program Management organization within the Ad technology group. You will plan and execute large-scale, strategically important programs across Ad Platforms and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives while understanding technical environments, dependencies, and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, strategic software development or technology programs within a global technology organization.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive plans, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and contingency planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts, architecture, systems, and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale, strategic, and technically complex technology programs.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with engineering, technical leads, project managers, product teams, and business stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and drive execution.
• Establish clear ownership, roles, responsibilities, and accountability across program teams.
• Track program progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and key performance metrics.
• Provide clear and concise program status updates, presentations, and executive-level communications.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and decisions.
• Coordinate build and delivery activities, including QA and deployment activities, according to established plans.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting for assigned programs.
• Perform capacity and resource planning across technology teams.
• Collaborate with other program management leaders to coordinate initiatives across multiple technology organizations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team-of-teams processes when applicable.
