Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization undergoing significant transformation, is seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate high-complexity initiatives and lead multiple projects concurrently.

You will serve as the technical coordination point, manage resources from multiple delivery partners, mentor team members in a matrixed environment, and drive go-live readiness by coordinating with executive stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday implementation specific to finance and HR.
• Proven track record of managing executive stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate resources from multiple delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects.
• Ensure deliverables are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members in a matrixed environment.
• Run meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate with other companies to implement and ramp up the project for go-live.
