Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading medical organization, seeks a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to drive complex digital technology initiatives from planning through delivery and production transition.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and governance, and translate technical updates for executive leadership. 5+ years of technical PM experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or program/project management.
• Experience leading complex technology projects and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate technical updates for executives.
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, release planning, governance, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional digital technology projects from planning to production transition.
• Coordinate schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned projects and communicate to executives.
• Support Agile delivery through PI planning, sprint coordination, and cross-team execution.
