• Assist strategy development with assessments of performance and needs.
• Provide technical expertise on current and emerging technologies and practices.
• Establish and enforce standards, communications, and governance across projects.
• Forecast initiatives and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
• Manage vendor contracts, quality, and cost controls.
