Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, networking, or infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of product‑development, qualification, NPI, and manufacturing‑ramp activities.
• Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate multiple internal functions or business units.
• Engineering, operations, or related technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-value or technically complex programs supporting GPU clusters for AI training and inference.
• Own selected elements of the solution, including components, cable assemblies, and test systems.
• Coordinate component development and delivery while managing interfaces with the cartridge solution.
• Manage requirements, schedules, milestones, qualification, system testing, and production readiness.
• Support or lead development of dedicated Bit Error Rate Test (BERT) systems for validating data performance.
• Align customer requirements with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and test-development teams.
