Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in an engineering or technical/engineering program management role.
• Bachelor's in EE (or equivalent), Master's preferred.
• PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Program Management and planning tools.
• Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain processes.
• Excellent knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate key results, constraints, risks, dependencies and critical paths with cross-functional teams.
• Publish progress/roadblocks to upper management in a matrixed GM team.
• Bring diverse teams together to tackle complex problems and drive closure.
• Develop the Plan of Record (POR) with qualification plans and checklists to support production release.
• Develop wafer and hardware risk plans and manage sample supply.
• Lead cross-functional NPI meetings and highlight Ops issues for production readiness.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for NPI across Operations and teams.
• Propose new methods to improve efficiency and speed to market.
• Own metrics for NPI supply commits, production ramp and release milestones, and bring-up budgets.
