Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions, based in Nashua, NH, seeks a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of complex hardware and new product introduction programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience leading complex hardware, electronics, interconnect, networking, or infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of product development, qualification, new product introduction, and manufacturing-ramp activities.
• Proven ability to manage major customers and coordinate multiple internal functions or business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-value hardware programs for GPUs and data-center applications.
• Coordinate development to align with internal and external requirements.
• Ensure engineering teams understand customer requirements and expectations.
• Interface as the technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Align customer needs with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and test-development.
• Identify and resolve technical, manufacturing, supply-chain, capacity, and cross-program risks before they affect delivery.
• Provide clear status updates, dependencies, and recommended actions to customers and leadership.
• Drive commitments, issues, escalations, and corrective actions through closure.
