Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a technical product across Engineering, Data Science, and UX/UI teams. You will help align priorities with Mayo Clinic's goals, manage roadmaps, and ensure a best-in-class user experience.

Ideal candidates have strong digital product management experience in healthcare settings, SDLC expertise, and Scrum Product Owner certification within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 yrs of technical digital product management experience (3 yrs with digital products and platforms); or minimum of 7 years direct digital product management with HS diploma/GED required.
• Prior health care experience preferred.
• Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products required.
• Experience in SDLC.
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision, technical strategy, and requirements for assigned technical product/capability.
• Advocate for end-user experience with data-driven discovery and development methods.
• Lead cross-functional teams to hit OKRs, manage capacity, and deliver on time and budget.
• Apply Agile product methodologies and align with business goals and platform priorities.
