Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of large, complex IT and healthcare initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage senior leadership, and drive programs from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and governance standards.

The role requires PMI Process Groups mastery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to balance multiple objectives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with extensive project/program management experience.
• PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas mastery required or pursued.
• Certification such as PMP, PgMP, CBAP or related recognized governance body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, interrelated IT/project programs with up to $20 million budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with senior leadership and committees.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per company methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a Project Focused Culture within the department.
