Responsibilities

• Partner with end users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Own the development and evolution of complex, business-critical applications and user interfaces.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Work closely with software engineers and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive initiatives from initial problem definition and scoping through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Improve user experience and workflow efficiency in fast, high-stakes environments.
• Balance requirements across multiple user groups while identifying scalable, reusable solutions.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks across technical and business stakeholders.
