Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior analytics professional to drive the technical and operational support of the Pega Marketing (NBI) platform in Pensacola, FL. This role integrates quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights that influence marketing decisions and strategic direction.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor staff, and guide data-driven initiatives with strong emphasis on Pega and NBI functionality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's preferred.
7+ years in analytics or technology roles, ideally in financial services or marketing.
3+ years of Pega Experience; 2+ years Pega Decisioning preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead collaboration with business users and Marketing leadership to translate needs into solution designs.
Translate complex ideas into narratives to align stakeholders on recommendations and next steps.
Set strategies for using the NFCU Martech stack to deliver business value and improve operations.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize large datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
Guide teams in using advanced data analytics to track performance and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with Marketing to turn opportunities into actionable strategies.
Mentor junior staff on Pega NBI best practices and data understanding.
