Job summary

PNC is seeking a highly analytical Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist for its Retail Data Solutions & Delivery team. You will develop data-driven solutions, work with partners across business and technology, and leverage AI tools to drive strategic decisions in Retail Banking.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cloud/data platform proficiency, and collaboration across multiple locations, including OH.

Qualifications

Experience with large datasets supporting decision-making.
Proficiency with Python, PySpark, or AWS.
Familiarity with programming concepts and software development.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience identifying business challenges and data-driven solutions.
Familiarity with Agile, cloud platforms, and data governance.
Experience gathering, interpreting, and documenting requirements.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Proven experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience with Generative AI tools, GitHub, and Copilot.
Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide financial and regulatory analytics to support controls over reporting processes.
Develop analytical methods to assess risk and performance of products.
Leverage data to improve lending decisions, risk management, and revenue.
Collaborate with partners to design tests and reporting for portfolio strategies.
Establish risk appetite policies and governance with Finance and Risk teams.
