The role requires 7–10 years of experience, advanced analytical skills, and a track record of delivering executive-ready work.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and analysis.
• Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines.
• Expert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations research.
• Advanced research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced problem resolution skills and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, reporting, collaboration, and project delivery tools.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to deliver executive-ready work with limited direction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business data and analyses to identify challenges, opportunities, risks, and dependencies; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Convert ambiguous requests into structured work plans, deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
• Partner across teams to develop models and forecasting techniques for future performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for innovation.
• Support implementation of solutions by building stakeholder relationships and driving execution.
• Create concise, executive-ready communications with clear decisions, risks, and escalation paths.
• Align internal processes with strategic goals across teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Apply knowledge of internal operations to inform forward-looking focus.
