Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation seeks a Procurement Coordinator to support the technology organization by managing purchasing and contracts for hardware, software, and services. You will serve as the central point of coordination for technology procurement, ensuring purchases follow policy and vendors, contracts, and orders move smoothly through approvals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of procurement or contract administration experience.
• Experience supporting technology purchases (software, hardware, SaaS) and collaborating with technology teams.
• Ability to read and understand basic contract language and assess terms against standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology hardware, software, and services purchases from request to payment with finance and AP.
• Create and manage purchase orders to support timely ordering and delivery.
• Track technology purchases from request through fulfillment.
• Coordinate the contract lifecycle: intake, documentation, approvals, execution, recordkeeping.
• Act as liaison between technology stakeholders, vendors, legal, and finance for contract reviews and approvals.
• Enter and maintain contracts in Malbek CLM.
• Manage contracts from initiation to execution and monitor status.
• Coordinate communications with vendors and internal stakeholders to move documents through review and approval.
• Track contract renewals and coordinate renewals or amendments.
