Seldon Global seeks a Technical Operations Lead to bridge people, processes, and technology as the company scales in Zurich. You’ll translate strategic priorities into operational reality, building systems, improving workflows, and removing friction across teams.

In this role you’ll partner with founders on hiring and internal roadmaps, design internal tools, and drive cross-team efficiency using AI tools. On-site in Zurich, full-time or internship options available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven track record building and maintaining internal tools or systems.
• High agency and forward-thinking mindset with comfort taking ownership.
• Ability to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo constructively.
• Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Knowledge of Swiss legal frameworks (nice to have).
• Background in recruiting, communications, or related operational functions (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders on high-impact initiatives including hiring, communications, and internal roadmap development.
• Design and maintain internal tools to track key metrics and improve operational visibility.
• Identify and resolve cross-team bottlenecks through coordination and process optimization.
• Question existing workflows and propose practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to increase team productivity and effectiveness.
