Seldon Global seeks a Technical Operations Lead to bridge people, processes, and technology as the company scales in Zurich. You’ll translate strategic priorities into operational reality, building systems, improving workflows, and removing friction across teams.

In this role you’ll partner with founders on hiring and internal roadmaps, design internal tools, and drive cross-team efficiency using AI tools. On-site in Zurich, full-time or internship options available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven track record building and maintaining internal tools or systems.
• High agency and forward-thinking mindset with comfort taking ownership.
• Ability to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo constructively.
• Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Knowledge of Swiss legal frameworks (nice to have).
• Background in recruiting, communications, or related operational functions (nice to have).

Working closely with founders, you’ll translate strategic priorities into operational reality—building systems, improving workflows, and removing friction across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, spots problems early, and takes ownership of solutions.
