Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup born from ETH Zurich’s Computational Robotics Lab, building autonomous robots for handling a wide range of items. We’re seeking an Operations Working Student to support our Operations team in Zurich, with a 20–40% commitment alongside studies.

You’ll assist with day-to-day office management, procurement, HR tasks, and bookkeeping, gaining hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing startup runs while contributing across operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Switzerland.
• Familiarity with office management and administrative processes is expected.
• First experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or procurement role is a plus.
• Able to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office management, ensuring the office runs smoothly for the whole team.
• Assist with procurement: sourcing, ordering, and tracking equipment and supplies.
• Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
• Process invoices and support the accountant with bookkeeping.
• Handle a broad range of administrative tasks as they come up, working closely with the Operations team.

We are looking for an Operations Working Student to support our Operations team in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a 20-40% role alongside your studies, ideal if you're currently enrolled at a university in Switzerland.

Who you are

• Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start
• Well organized and structured, with a sharp eye for detail
• Proactive, curious and a clear communicator (fluent English, German is a strong plus)
• Comfortable juggling a broad range of tasks and switching between them smoothly
