Job summary

GDS Wealth Management, Flower Mound, TX, seeks a Business Systems Technology Manager to own the internal technology function and strategy. You will partner with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize scalable business systems.

Lead the administration of HubSpot, Advyzon, and core apps, build repeatable processes, and mentor junior teammates as the firm grows. You will manage MSP relationships and drive security, continuity, and governance across the tech estate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration and workflow automation.
• Experience managing MSPs and software vendors.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead technology implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Own long-term tech ecosystem; optimize platforms, integrations, workflows.
• Build and mentor an internal technology function as the firm grows.
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors and stakeholders to ensure adoption.
• Oversee MSP relationship; manage contracts, SLAs and renewals.
• Support cybersecurity, business continuity and governance.
