Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing.
• Experience supporting recruiting in technology, IT consulting, SAP is highly preferred.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruiting for SAP consulting and technology positions.
• Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Manage candidate communications, scheduling changes, confirmations, and follow-ups.
