Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with media monitoring and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights from coverage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of communications strategies tied to regional expansion and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong and consistent media presence in priority markets.
• Draft high-quality press materials, media pitches, executive briefs, and supporting content that clearly translate business priorities into compelling external narratives.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day media engagement, including interviews, talking points, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and synthesize media coverage and industry trends, delivering actionable insights to inform communications strategies.
• Maintain consistency in messaging and storytelling across initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency teams to support integrated campaign execution across earned and paid media.
• Build and maintain media lists, proactively identifying relevant contacts and emerging opportunities aligned to business goals.
• Support measurement and reporting of PR activity, tracking performance against objectives and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
