Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in professional services.
• Three or more years of TAS-specific experience.
• CPA certification, Attorney, EA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serves on multiple client engagement teams for due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Advises buyers and sellers on tax strategies for acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
• Reviews merger agreements and provides opinions.
• Analyzes tax computations in financial models and projections.
• Manages budgeting, billing, and collections for engagements.
• Collaborates with BDO offices globally.
• Identifies new opportunities to grow the TAS practice.
• Builds and manages client relationships.
• Develops and mentors subordinates.
