Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred.
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted in the US) or EA required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead tax engagements for clients, ensuring compliance and minimizing tax burden.
• Review ASC 740/FAS 109/FIN 48 tax provisions and related workpapers.
• Provide tax consulting and strategic guidance to clients, including complex issues.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and managers; maintain client relationships.
