Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Talent Management & Workforce Planning Specialist to translate business priorities into workforce and talent plans. You will lead enterprise workforce planning, identify critical roles, and conduct capability and gap analyses to guide talent decisions that affect growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, and headcount planning.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into workforce implications.
• Excellent analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise workforce planning, including demand forecasting and headcount planning.
• Translate business priorities into necessary roles, skills, and capacity needs.
• Conduct capability analyses to identify gaps and opportunities with clear recommendations.
• Develop and evaluate talent management programs for employee development and leadership readiness.
• Partner with HR and leaders to assess workforce trends and align talent priorities with objectives.
• Oversee large-scale talent initiatives with measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze workforce data to inform talent strategies and process improvements.
• Provide guidance on best practices in talent management and succession planning.
