Eagle Creek Renewable Energy LLC is seeking a Talent & Workforce Planning Manager to lead talent acquisition and long-range workforce planning for current and future needs. The role partners with business leaders to translate staffing requirements into effective recruiting and talent pipelines.

The position requires strategic oversight of the recruitment lifecycle, proactive communication, and the ability to balance immediate hiring needs with longer-term workforce priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce planning, or related HR discipline.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, recruiting technologies, and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, networks, referrals, and partners.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, leadership, fit, and potential.
• Guide interview planning, evaluation, and documentation.
