You will support advisory engagements across talent acquisition, extended workforce strategies, and service design, balancing people, process and technology to deliver scalable future-state solutions.

Under senior guidance, you will analyze current-state processes, prepare executive-ready insights, and help craft roadmaps with governance structures

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, talent acquisition, Extended Workforce, MSP/RPO, services procurement, or related domains

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing advisory engagements from initiation through delivery and closure under senior consultant direction.
