Job summary

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to build pipelines, outreach passive candidates, and support recruitment from sourcing to handoff.

The role focuses on front-end recruiting: sourcing and candidate engagement, with opportunities to influence employer branding and recruitment marketing. 2+ years in sourcing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate management tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and engaging passive and active talent.
• Developing and executing role-specific sourcing strategies.
• Building and managing talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Tracking candidate status and pipeline metrics in ATS/CRM.
