PPC Partners Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to build pipelines and support recruitment through handoff.

This front-end role emphasizes sourcing strategies, candidate outreach across email, phone, and social channels, and maintaining ATS/CRM records to optimize recruitment metrics and branding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting, cold calling etc.).
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and candidate management tools.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines and understand role requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social platforms, job boards, and networking events.
Identify passive and active candidates via outbound outreach and maintain engagement over time.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track pipeline metrics.
