Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or talent-acquisition experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Strong research and internet-sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing for corporate, technical, executive, or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target candidate pools.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Participate in intake meetings to develop sourcing strategies.
• Provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics in Greenhouse.
• Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring activity.
