Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialist to build proactive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies across North America. You will own candidate engagement, talent pipelines, and employer branding while guiding a small portfolio from intake through hire.

You’ll partner with TA partners and hiring managers to develop innovative strategies, source passive candidates, and enhance the candidate experience across scientific, clinical, and technical roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines and talent communities.
• Manage a small portfolio of requisitions from intake to hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize campaigns.
