Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the United States is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to support CRM-driven candidate pipelines across Marketing, Strategy, and Account Management. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to identify talent gaps and build effective sourcing strategies.

You will leverage CRM/ATS tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ, to nurture diverse, qualified candidates and improve sourcing processes across multiple communities and capabilities.

Qualifications

3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience in marketing or advertising preferred.
Experience building robust talent pipelines across advertising/marketing roles.
Proficient with recruiting systems and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Identify talent gaps and build sourcing and pipelining strategies.
Partner with hiring teams to source candidates for active headcount.
Develop understanding of Publicis Groupe’s talent structures and capabilities.
Utilize CRM/ATS and external platforms to nurture candidates.
Embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing practices.
Maintain tagging structures to track and engage prospective talent.
