Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Strategic Sourcer for Creative Recruiting in Chicago to strengthen our CRM candidate pipelines and partner with hiring teams across departments. The role emphasizes diverse sourcing strategies and the use of AI tools to optimize talent discovery.

You will build and nurture talent pools, implement tagging structures, and drive sourcing best practices across Talent Acquisition Operations while maintaining a strong candidate experience and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience (creative, agency, or advertising preferred).
• 2+ years sourcing and/or recruiting for Creative jobs from associate to executive level (Designers, Copywriters, UI/UX, Art Directors, VP, SVP, etc.).
• Experience using recruiting and sourcing systems & tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc. – iCIMS preferred).
• Experience with AI tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude for sourcing strategies, talent intelligence and workflow optimization.
• Experience with SharePoint or Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.
• Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement.
• An empathetic disposition, always interacting with candidates and internal teams with the utmost professionalism and respect.
• The ability to meet business needs and achieve goals without sacrificing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent gaps and build sourcing and pipelining strategies to address gaps.
• Use CRM/ATS and AI tools to improve sourcing workflows.
• Pipel ine candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Tag and nurture prospective talent for easy communication.
• Follow best practices and provide improvement feedback to TA Operations.
• Partner with hiring teams to source for active headcount.
• Develop understanding of Publicis Groupe’s talent structures to match right candidates.
• Handle operational tasks related to sourcing and TA operations.
