Publicis Groupe seeks a Strategic Sourcer, Creative Recruiting to drive sourcing and candidate pipelining across departments and capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to nurture CRM pipelines, identify talent gaps, and improve processes with advanced sourcing tools.

Role emphasizes diverse hiring, AI-assisted strategies, and alignment with Publicis Groupe’s centralized Talent Acquisition Operations to support multiple creative disciplines worldwide.

Qualifications

2+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience in creative/agency/advertising.
2+ years sourcing for Creative roles (Designers, Copy, UI/UX, etc.).
Experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, iCIMS).
Experience with AI tools for sourcing and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with SharePoint or CMS.

Responsibilities

Identify talent gaps and build sourcing strategies.
Use CRM, ATS, and AI tools to pipeline candidates.
Apply diverse and inclusive sourcing approaches.
Tag and nurture prospective candidates effectively.
Follow best practices and suggest improvements.
