Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Strategic Sourcer, Creative Recruiting to drive talent pipelines across multiple departments. You will partner with stakeholders and leverage CRM/ATS and AI tools to source top creative talent and improve processes.

Responsibilities include building strategies, nurturing candidates, and aligning with hiring teams to fill open roles while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience. This is a Chicago-based role within Publicis Groupe’s Talent Acquisition Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Creative roles from associate to executive level (Designers, Copywriters, UI/UX, Art Directors, VP, SVP, etc.).
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc. – iCIMS preferred.
• Experience with AI tools for sourcing and talent intelligence.
• Experience with SharePoint or CMS is preferred.
• Process-oriented, focused on efficiencies and improvement.
• Empathetic, professional communication with candidates and teams.
• Advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Groupe-wide resources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and build sourcing strategies.
• Implement sourcing vision using CRM, ATS, AI tools, and external platforms.
• Use multi-faceted approach to sourcing: diversity, skill set, and experience.
• Tag and nurture prospective talent for easy communication.
• Follow documented sourcing approaches and provide feedback for improvement.
• Partner with hiring teams to source candidates for active headcount.
• Understand Publicis Groupe’s talent structure to match candidates to roles.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks related to sourcing as needed.
