Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Talent Sourcing professional to translate market knowledge into actionable talent insights. You will identify and engage professionals across regions and industries, building networks through thoughtful, personalized outreach.

You will maintain high-quality data, develop talent communities, and collaborate with recruiters to guide candidates through the hiring process. This role emphasizes proactive outreach and strategic relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, business development, sales, market research, talent intelligence, partnership development, or another relationship-driven function.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, engage, and influence professionals through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and learning agility to quickly understand new industries, technical roles, and talent markets.
• Strong judgment and ability to identify transferable capabilities, unconventional talent, and long-term potential.
• Comfortable working without a predefined playbook and creating structure where little exists.
• Excellent organizational skills and disciplined approach to pipeline management, follow-up, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Learn Ecosystem’s business, growth priorities, and technical roles.
• Translate business understanding into market maps and talent insights across priority regions, industries, companies, and professional communities.
• Proactively identify and approach professionals who may not know Ecosystem.
• Use thoughtful, personalized outreach to start meaningful conversations and recognize potential beyond traditional career paths.
• Build trusted relationships with industry contacts, professional associations, and other talent connectors.
• Develop and nurture talent communities aligned with Ecosystem’s growth priorities.
• Connect strong prospects with recruiters when the timing is right.
• Maintain high-quality talent data and market intelligence for organizational use.
• Share recommendations that help business leaders understand talent market opportunities and challenges.
• Partner closely with recruiters, who lead candidate progression and selection once active hiring begins.
