This role focuses on sourcing diverse, high-value candidates and managing the recruitment process for open positions across assigned units.

The position involves screening, interviewing, and testing candidates, building talent pools, and leading recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or four years with a high school diploma/GED.
• Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• Candidates in the Hampton Roads area (within 50 miles of 1330 Sentara Park, Virginia Beach) preferred to attend events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
• Screen, interview and test candidates and manage recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pool and candidate pipeline.
• Attend recruitment events and coordinate travel as needed.
