Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcer) in Norfolk, VA, with remote options. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to anticipate needs, proactively source diverse candidates, and guide end-to-end recruiting from screening to testing.

The role requires 2 years of HR with a BA or 4 years with a HS diploma, experience in recruitment, and ability to travel for events. A strong CRM background and talent pooling experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or four years with a HS Diploma/GED.
• Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates within 50 miles of Sentara Park, VA Beach preferred for events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and proactively identify sourcing solutions.
• Manage recruitment for all open positions in assigned units; screen, interview, and test candidates.
• Lead projects and address high workloads across varied roles in healthcare recruitment.
