Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in specialized, technical, healthcare, or talent sourcing/recruiting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, web sourcing, and talent research.
• Experience sourcing physicians, scientists, PhDs, data scientists, statisticians, or other highly specialized professionals.
• Working knowledge of data science disciplines, including data science, biostatistics, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools or AI-enabled recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Build talent maps across clinical, scientific, statistical, and data science disciplines, identifying key employers, academic institutions, research groups, professional societies, and talent communities.
• Identify candidates through publications, conference agendas, abstracts, presentations, research programs, technical communities, and professional networks.
• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates across clinical, scientific, and technical communities.
• Represent AE Strategies at relevant scientific, healthcare, and technical conferences and networking events.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously improve pipeline quality and recruiting effectiveness.
