The ideal candidate brings 2–4+ years in talent sourcing, expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ, and a data-informed approach to sourcing.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or executive search
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and levels
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ and ATS tools
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches
• Experience conducting market research and competitive intelligence for hiring decisions
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high quality and responsiveness
• Strong analytics to interpret sourcing metrics and drive improvements
• Commitment to diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring practices
• Results-oriented with focus on exceptional candidate experience
