You will partner with recruiters, managers, and leaders to build robust pipelines and deliver diverse candidate slates aligned with hiring priorities. The ideal candidate leverages market intelligence, advanced sourcing techniques, and data-informed decision-making to create meaningful connections that drive business success.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of talent sourcing or executive search experience.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates across functions and levels.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and talent-mapping approaches.
• Experience conducting market research and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high quality, organization, and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sourcing metrics and drive decisions.
• Commitment to fostering diverse talent pipelines and inclusive hiring.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on candidate experience.
