Aufgaben

• Duties: Drive full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
• Define recruiting requirements by studying org plans and meeting managers.
• Collaborate with HR to update job descriptions and postings based on market trends.
• Source candidates via networks, job boards, and social channels.
• Track time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role.
• Advertise positions on external networks and boards.
• Assist HR with local market pay range analysis.
• Develop candidate pools by engaging community services, colleges, media, and online sites; present opportunities and benefits; build rapport.
• Screen applicants by reviewing descriptions and qualifications.
• Research and implement new sourcing strategies and tools.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and market needs.
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling, travel, lodging, and onsite visits.
• Evaluate applicants with hiring managers against a consistent set of qualifications.
