Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Recruiter to identify, source, recruit, screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates for temporary and full-time placements. You will collaborate with Business Development Management to support and grow client partnerships, understand hiring processes, and help drive strategy for talent acquisition.

The role emphasizes strong candidate evaluation, multi-channel sourcing, and ongoing candidate and client engagement, with travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience.
• Experience with clinical or scientific placements is advantageous.
• Ability to interface with clients (internal and external).
• Proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Attention to detail with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, recruit, screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates for submission to clients.
• Collaborate with account management and sales teams to build pipelines for recurring roles.
• Prepare candidate profiles and CVs for client submittals and coordinate interviews.
• Perform compensation analyses and extend competitive offers.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with placed talent and nurture client relationships.
