Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a recruiting or human resources support role.
• Competency in MS Office required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Strong professionalism, discretion, and customer service mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.
• Advance level sourcing and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.
• Engage in communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Network and recruit director and executive level candidates.
• Consult with the Executive team to identify organizational needs.
• Develop sourcing plans and strategies.
• Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies.
• Organize and document post-interview debriefing.
