Job summary
Lifepoint Health is seeking a Talent Strategy & Program Manager to lead enterprise talent initiatives from strategy to execution at our Brentwood, TN office. You will translate business needs into scalable, data-informed talent solutions that strengthen leadership pipelines and improve organizational performance.
The role collaborates with People Services, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS to drive adoption and impact, with travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Strong experience leading enterprise talent initiatives and consulting with senior leaders.
- Experience with workforce analytics to influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve enterprise talent review, succession planning, career pathing, and performance management processes.
- Lead design and implementation of talent and performance programs, tools, and reporting.
- Facilitate talent reviews, calibration sessions, and leadership planning activities.
- Develop training materials and resources to support adoption and consistency.
- Partner with HR and Talent teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
