Job summary

Providence is seeking a Principal Talent Management Consultant in NE Portland, OR to design and continuously evolve a comprehensive Performance Management Program that supports organizational performance and caregiver growth.

The role partners with HR, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning, and Workforce Analytics to deliver integrated talent solutions, including goal alignment, feedback, succession planning, and leadership development across a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8 years practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies.
• 5 years demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions.
• 5 years' experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve Providence's Performance Management Program to support organizational performance and caregiver growth.
• Partner with HR leaders, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning, Workforce Analytics and operational leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions.
• Oversee strategy, governance, and execution of key talent processes, ensuring alignment with Providence's mission and culture.
