As a Talent Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting across G&A and corporate functions, partnering with leaders to scope roles, develop interviews, and close exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across G&A or corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting specialized talent across Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, or similar areas.
• Able to hire individual contributors through senior leaders and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proven sourcing ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess candidates beyond keywords on a resume.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to partner rather than just intake.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting: end-to-end hiring across G&A functions from sourcing to offer close.
• Build specialized talent pipelines for Legal, Accounting, Finance, People, and corporate roles.
• Learn the functional bar to differentiate talent across roles (attorney, technical accountant, finance leader, people partner).
• Partner with functional leaders to scope roles, define success, and calibrate interviews.
• Advise the business with market insights, compensation data, and recruiting judgment.
