Job summary

TOYO Solar Texas LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and more. You will partner with department leaders, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely fills while ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience required and experience across exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hourly, salaried, technical, and leadership roles.
