Job summary

TOYO Solar Texas LLC is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor focused on Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility for an onsite role in Humble, TX. This position serves as the key liaison between the U.S.

HR team and headquarters to support local recruitment, onboarding, compensation coordination, and visa processes, with Mandarin and English proficiency required for cross-border communication. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for US openings, coordinating onboarding, and assisting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility/Immigration matters.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required for coordination with HQ and overseas facilities.
• Preferred: experience supporting US employment-based visas (H-1B/L-1) and cooperation with outside immigration counsel.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple levels and functions, including manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Working knowledge of US federal and Texas employment law, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison between US HR, HQ, and functional teams for local recruitment, onboarding, and compensation communication.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for US openings, including postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientations with local and HQ stakeholders.
• Assist with US compensation and benefits administration, coordinating benchmarking and payroll-related items.
• Track and follow up on US work visa applications (H-1B, L-1) with immigration counsel and HQ/tx teams.
• Maintain visa/immigration tracker with deadlines and required documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and business units to ensure timely and compliant filings.
• Support relocation logistics for transfers to the US facility.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and immigration law firms.
• Provide regular updates to HR Manager and HQ on headcount, recruiting progress, and visa status.
• Support other HR functions including employee relations and policy administration.
