Asana is seeking a senior leader in Talent Acquisition to partner with executive leadership and People Team leaders to craft a high-velocity hiring strategy. You will align with stakeholders to fill critical roles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive TA operations, leverage Brighthire, Gem, Tableau, and Greenhouse to optimize processes and lead a diverse, global talent pipeline. This role offers a hybrid model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 4+ years managing TA Operations.
• Experience partnering with senior-level stakeholders on company-wide initiatives.
• Proven track record driving change across an organization.
• Data-driven approach to decisions improving operational effectiveness.
• Familiarity with talent operations tooling: Brighthire, Gem, Tableau, Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership and People Team leaders to understand business priorities and help build a high impact, max velocity hiring strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement of talent acquisition systems and workflows, streamlining end-to-end hiring from headcount approval through offer execution.
• Help define, design and iterate on a TA roadmap to recruit diverse Asanas and deliver on our mission.
• Leverage data to identify trends, pain points, and key drivers of TA delivery and unblock the team.
• Build a TA capacity model informing optimal allocation of resources to meet hiring needs.
• Oversee a best-in-class talent marketing strategy to position Asana as an employer of choice.
• Support the strategy for the Candidate Care (coordination) team to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
